The Star System

So, how do we do these reviews?

I wish I could say there was a scientific, peer-reviewed method of doing it but there isn’t. We just shoot from the stomach and rate the restaurant on the things we like about meat.

We do have a rudimentary star system

 Five Stars – this is the meat you want to eat!

 Four Stars – great food, but something was missing

 Three Stars – Good stuff, but not without its faults

 Two Stars – Average at best, left a bad taste…

 One Star – Really bad, few redeeming features

 Zero Stars – What is this rubbish?!
